Turbo is a family check-in service. Household members receive scheduled text-message reminders about goals they or their family admin set up, and reply to check in.
Your name, email address, mobile phone number, the goals your circle creates, and the check-in messages you send to the service. We use this information only to operate Turbo for your household.
Consent is collected in the Turbo app: members enter their own mobile number and confirm it before any reminders are sent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies by the goals you set (typically one message per goal per reminder day). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell your personal information. Data is processed by the service providers that run Turbo (hosting, database, text delivery, and AI reply interpretation) solely to provide the service.
You can edit or delete your information in the app, text STOP to end messages, or contact us to delete your account entirely.
